The role entails full ownership of the P&L; and all organizational functions, setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, strengthening governance, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth with solid stakeholder confidence. nIPO Readiness & Corporate Governance
nLead the organization's IPO journey, strengthening governance frameworks, financial transparency, compliance, and investor readiness.
nOperational Excellence & Scale-Up
nDrive efficiency across multi-plant operations, capacity expansion, quality improvements, and adoption of best-in-class manufacturing practices.
nProduct & Technology Strategy
nLead the development of a future-ready product portfolio, investing in innovation, R&D;, and technology to stay competitive and meet evolving customer needs.
nBusiness Development & Market Expansion
