- Spearhead sales growth across Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai branches, building a unified vision and driving consistent performance.n
- Lead and mentor a stellar team of AGMs, Senior Managers, and Sales Pros, shaping them into strategic storytellers and client champions.n
- Identify recent markets, elevate client experiences, and build long-term partnerships with luxury, lifestyle, and corporate brands.n
- Collaborate closely with the VP and Brand Leadership to translate business ambitions into tangible revenue and growth.n




- Keep the brand ahead of the curve, leveraging trends, digital tools, and intuition to make Phase 1 the first call for every destination brief.n
