nVizva Consultancy Services is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our remote US staffing team. The ideal candidate will have top-notch communication skills, robust client-handling abilities, and a passion for sales and relationship management in the US staffing and recruitment market.
nNote: This is a fully remote position operating during US shift timings (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST).
nKey Responsibilitie

- sIdentify and generate new business opportunities in the US staffing/recruitment industryn
- .Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across the US marketn
- .Conduct cold calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and active lead generationn
- .Understand client hiring requirements thoroughly and coordinate seamlessly with internal recruitment teamsn
- .Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and client presentations with key decision-makersn
- .Negotiate contracts,



billing rates, and service-level agreements (SLAs)n
- .Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targetsn
- .Prepare professional business reports, proposals, and pitchesn
- .Work closely with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and smooth deliveryn
