nRole: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
nPrimary responsibility: Own the full inbound sales cycle end to end. Take every lead coming in from the website, qualify it, run the product demo, send the quote, negotiate and close. Ensure all activity is tracked and closed in the CRM.

- Determine budget and scope eligibility within 24 hoursn
- Disqualify low-fit leads with documented reasoning in the CRMn

- Understand their business, pain points, budget, and timelinen
- Determine if they're demo ready or need nurturingn
- Document call outcome in the CRMn

n3.Product demos

- Create and own the opportunity in the CRM through to closen
- Schedule product demos with qualified leadsn
- Deliver the demo, tailored to the lead's use case and pain pointsn
- Log demo outcome and agreed next steps immediately after the calln

n4.Quoting, negotiation and close

- Prepare and send quotes with correct scope, pricing and termsn
- Handle objections, negotiate commercials and secure
