nETP is looking for an accomplished business leader to head its Customer Sales Success & Growth function for India market
nWe are specifically seeking leaders with a strong background in Enterprise ERP and business application sales, who have a proven track record of managing large enterprise customer portfolios, driving revenue growth through strategic account development, and building trusted relationships with CXO stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience across Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting within technology-led organizations,



with exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, or eCommerce.
nWhat We're Looking For:
n15+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Accounts, Consulting, Enterprise Sales, or Business Leadership
nStrong background in SAP / SAP Partner organizations OR ERP sales
nProven experience managing large enterprise accounts and customer portfolios
nExpertise in renewals, customer retention, upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion
nStrong CXO engagement and stakeholder management skills
nExperience leading and scaling high-performing customer-facing teams
nKey Responsibilities:
nOwn Customer Success strategy and execution for India
nDrive customer retention, revenue growth, and account expansion
nBuild trusted relationships with CXOs and business leaders
