- Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L; analysis at business-unit and company levelsn
- Conduct variance analysis, prepare management dashboards, and track key financial KPIsn
- Assist in business case evaluation for new projects, investments, or R&D; initiativesn

- R&D; and Innovation Supportn
- Partner with R&D; teams to evaluate the financial and strategic viability of research programs and product developmentn
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support funding models for innovation projectsn
- Business Presentations & Meetingsn
- Prepare executive-level presentations, pitch decks, board reports, and investor summariesn
- Participate in business meetings, take minutes, follow up on key action points, and contribute intellectually to discussionsn
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection, insights, and alignmentn
- Operations & Task Pool Managementn




- Handle a broad pool of strategic and operational activities across departments (finance, strategy, business development, R&D;)n
- Track progress, create project timelines, and ensure timely execution of cross-functional deliverablesn
- Intellectual Contributions & Business Discussionsn
- Engage in strategic brainstorming, market research, and policy discussions with leadershipn
- Provide insights through competitor benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and business model evaluationsn
- Communication & Coordinationn
- Liaise with external consultants, business partners, and internal teams for planning, reporting, and compliance supportn
- Ensure alignment of finance and strategy teams with operational departmentsn

- Solid command over financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysisn
- Excellent presentation skills (PPT) and ability to present to CXOs and boardsn
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data vis
