Mirketa Inc is seeking an experienced and highly respected Senior Director – Salesforce Engineering to lead and scale our Salesforce technical organization. This role is responsible for technical delivery, architecture governance, talent development, and client-facing technical leadership across a portfolio of Salesforce consulting engagements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep Salesforce expertise, proven people leadership experience, and the ability to operate confidently in complex client and executive environments. Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture Provide overall technical leadership for a 40–60 member Salesforce technical team across multiple concurrent projects.



Actively participate in client technical discussions, solution design workshops, and architecture reviews. Create, review, and approve technical architecture documents, solution designs, and integration strategies. Lead an Architecture Governance Forum to ensure consistency, scalability, security, and Salesforce best practices across a portfolio of projects. Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges, including hands-on troubleshooting and code-level guidance when required. Define, implement, and enforce Salesforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural principles. Delivery & Governance Provide technical governance across multiple Salesforce programs to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery.
