nWe're looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our tool room and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with CNC machining and a proven track record of leading production teams in a precision manufacturing environment.

- Lead and oversee day-to-day plant and tool room operations.n
- Drive production planning to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.n
- Manage and mentor supervisors, programmers, engineers, and machine operators.n
- Optimise machine utilisation and improve operational efficiency.n
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Planning, and Quality teams.n
- Drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety.n





nRequirements

- n
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.n
- 7+ years of experience in tool room or precision manufacturing.n
- Hands-on experience with CNC Machines is mandatory.n
- Proven experience leading production teams and shop floor operations.n
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and drawings.n
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.n
- Experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing is preferred.n
