nRole overview
nAs a Business Development Executive - SME, you will be responsible for acquiring current business
nby engaging with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking to hire early talent. This is
na high-impact, individual contributor role where you'll own the complete sales cycle—from
nprospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, commercial discussions, and closing
ndeals.
nRoles and Responsibilities | What does the job entail?
n● Identify and prospect potential SME customers through outbound channels such as
nLinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and other lead generation platforms.
n● Research target accounts and engage with key decision-makers including Founders, HR




nHeads, Talent Acquisition teams, and Business Leaders.
n● Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring challenges and business requirements.
n● Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing Superset's recruitment solutions.
n● Own the complete sales lifecycle-from prospecting, qualification, demos, proposal
nsharing, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
n● Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update opportunities consistently in the
nCRM.
n● Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer
nonboarding experience.
n● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
n● Capture customer feedback and market insights to help improve our products and
ngo-to-market strategy.
nRequirements | You'll be a great addition to our team if:
