- Create beautiful photorealistic imageryn
- Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise construction projectsn
- Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clientsn
- Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possiblen

nRequirements :

- Diploma or Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior Designingn
- Ability to comprehend and design Architectural Detailsn
- Excellent rendering skillsn
- Ability to interpret Architectural Design properlyn
- Proficient in 3D visuals, AutoCAD and Photoshop in reviewing 2D and 3D designsn
- Solid knowledge of specialized software (3D Max Studio, Lumion, Adobe suit, SketchUp etc.)n
- AutoCAD/Revit knowledge (would be a big plus)n
- Client focus and solid communication skills; Great interpersonal skills (team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity) and creativity;n
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.n
