Job DescriptionAbout the Company
nThe National Sales Manager - Ventilation Division is responsible for managing and enhancing the sales of the company. He/she will have national responsibility and manages the sales team across the country. The reporting line is to the Managing Director Sales. The National Sales Manager acts in line with the global strategy of the German parent company as well as the APAC regional goals.
nAbout the Role
nThe ideal candidate holds a master's degree in a technical field, ideally electrical or mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification. Additional training in a business-related field is desirable. A demonstrable affinity for technical products is a prerequisite. Valuable experience from Chillers, Air purifiers, HVAC, Pumps and selling to consultants sets him/her apart. An MBA is preferred. Experience in OEM Sales.

- Determine turnover and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and resultsn




- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing as well as new products and market segmentsn
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plansn
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitorsn
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesn
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededn
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategiesn
