- 12+ years of progressive experience in financial crime compliance, or risk controls & regulatory compliance within Insurance industryn




- Demonstrated role with accountability in a consulting, services, or technology firm serving GRC or FCC solutions to Insurance clientsn
- Deep expertise in financial crime, risk management, risk controls, regulatory compliance etc.n
- Experience deploying AI/ML-powered compliance solutions (transaction monitoring, entity resolution, risk scoring)n
- Robust understanding of various regulatory frameworks, especially MAS and BNMn
- Proven track record of winning and growing client accounts in the Insurance sectorn
