nKey Responsibilities

- Prepare pricing, quotations, and commercial proposals accurately and within TAT.n
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and gather required information for quotations.n
- Initiate conversations with new prospects and manage opportunities from inquiry to quotation and business handover.n
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer details, communications, quotations, follow-ups, and prospect status.n
- Schedule and track follow-ups to ensure no qualified opportunities are missed.n
- Prepare revenue, margin,
and profitability estimates for potential business.n
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure commercially viable and operationally feasible proposals.n
- Ensure smooth handover of won business to the implementation/operations team.n
