nSorted Branding is looking for a senior-level business development professional who can independently handle discovery calls, strategy discussions, negotiations, and high-ticket closures for branding & packaging projects.
nThis is not a lead generation role.
nWe are specifically looking for someone who understands consultative selling, founder conversations, and premium creative/service-based sales.
nYou'll be working closely with founders, D2C brands, FMCG businesses, alcohol brands, wellness startups, and emerging consumer brands across India & global markets.
nWhat we're looking for:
n• Strong communication & negotiation skills




n• Ability to handle high-value founder conversations
n• Experience in agency/service sales preferred
n• Someone who understands branding, packaging, websites, creative ecosystems, or premium services
n• Ability to build trust, create urgency, and close effectively
n• Self-driven & ownership-oriented mindset
nCompensation:
n₹6LPA – ₹10LPA + solid commission structure
