nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an Internal Communications Content & Creative Specialist who combines solid writing capabilities with hands-on design skills to support employee communication and engagement initiatives across the organization. The role requires expertise in content development, visual storytelling, stakeholder management, and creative execution for internal communication channels.
nThe individual will work closely with HR, business functions, leadership teams, and Corporate Communications to gather requirements, develop communication assets, coordinate with designers, and support the effective execution of internal communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, change management programs, and organizational communications.

- Develop content for internal communication channels including emailers, newsletters, leadership messages, intranet articles, digital screens, employee campaigns, and engagement initiatives.n




- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.n
- Create communication creatives using Canva and Adobe Photoshop for employee engagement and communication campaigns.n
- Translate business updates, HR initiatives, organizational announcements, and leadership communications into engaging employee-focused content.n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand communication needs, and manage project timelines.n
- Work closely with designers and creative agencies to develop communication assets and ensure timely delivery.n
