- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.n
- Minimum 6 - 9 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM).n

nTechnical Skills:

- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.n
- Robust understanding of architectural, MEP, and related construction drawings.n
- Good knowledge of building construction methodologies and BIM standards.n
- Experience in BIM coordination for large-scale commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and high-value infrastructure projects.n
- Ability to perform clash detection, model coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration using BIM tools.n

nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.n
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve design conflicts.n
- Produce accurate,



error-free drawings and documentation in compliance with project standards.n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery.n
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support for BIM-related activities.n
- Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans, company standards, and quality procedures.n
