- End-to-End Sales – Lead the entire sales cycle across India/ME/APAC, from cold outreach to contract closuren
- Quota Ownership – Consistently deliver ARR; build and maintain a repeatable, scalable pipelinen
- Trusted Advisor Status – Engage CXOs and navigate complex buying processes including compliance and procurementn




- Hybrid GTM – Drive both direct and indirect sales; develop and manage strategic partner channels (resellers, MSSPs)n
- Team Captain – Guide SDRs, AEs, and SEs with clear OKRs and winning deal strategiesn
- Field Intelligence – Be the voice of the customer; bring back insights that shape our roadmapn

nWhat You'll Bring

- 12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with proven success in IAM (Mandatory), security/identity domainsn
- Consistent track record of exceeding quotas in India, Middle East, or APAC marketsn
- Deep understanding of the IAM buyer journey: security, compliance, IT, and procurementn
- Experience selling complex, high-value solutions to technical and business decision-makersn
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and excellent CRM hygienen
- Bonus: Experience pitching cloud-native or agent-based platformsn
