nWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong Coohom expertise to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating interior concepts, 3D visualizations, layouts, material selections, and presentation drawings for client approvals.
nThe candidate should be able to transform client requirements into practical and visually appealing interior designs while coordinating closely with project execution teams.
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.n
- Prepare detailed 2D layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans, and elevation drawings.n
- Create high-quality 3D interior visualizations and walkthroughs using Coohom.n
- Prepare realistic renders and presentations for client discussions and approvals.n
- Select suitable materials, finishes, colours, furniture, lighting, and accessories.n
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs are practical and execution-friendly.n




- Review site measurements and existing conditions before finalizing designs.n
- Prepare design proposals, mood boards, and material boards.n
- Make necessary design revisions based on client feedback.n
- Support estimation and BOQ preparation by providing design inputs.n
- Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, and production teams during execution.n
- Ensure designs align with iScape quality standards and brand aesthetics.n

nRequired Skills & Experience

- n
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior design projects.n
- Advanced knowledge of Coohom 3D Design Software is mandatory.n
- Solid understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, and interior detailing.n
- Knowledge of materials such as laminates, veneers, plywood, hardware, lighting, flooring, and finishes.n
- Experience in luxury residential interiors, villas, apartments, offices, or hospitality projects.n
