nJob Responsibilities

- Lead organization change management track in large scale transformation projects such a Digital Transformation, AI&I; programs and Large ERP transformation programs.n
- Work as an effective change management consultant assisting clients in their large scale transformation journeys either as a sole Change practitioner or leading the change teamn
- Work with Infosys Consulting teams and / or other Infosys Delivery Units to create effective technology and non-technology solutions. These solutions should focus on change strategy, change impact assessment, articulation of change challenges and mitigation strategiesn
