Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative, performance-minded Graphic & Visual Content Designer to join our marketing team. You will create eye-catching ad creatives, organic social media content, landing page visuals, and short video clips to drive inbound leads and build EVE's global brand presence.
nKey Responsibilities:
n* Paid Ad Creatives: Design high-converting static, carousel, and document ads for LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Display campaigns.
n* Social Media Content: Create engaging organic posts, infographics, and carousel templates across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram.
n* Video & Motion (Robust Plus): Edit short-form video ads, client testimonials, reels/shorts, and basic animated overlays.
n* Landing Page Visuals: Design custom icons, trust badges, process diagrams,



and candidate spotlight cards to improve conversion rates (CRO).
n* B2B Marketing Collateral: Format professional pitch decks, case study PDFs, and downloadable marketing guides.
nKey Requirements:
n* 2 to 4 years of design experience in a B2B, agency, SaaS, or performance marketing environment.
n* Solid proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
n* Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Video) are a strong plus.
n* Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and performance ad design trends.
n* Portfolio required showcasing past ad creatives, creative social posts, and video/motion samples.
