nKey Responsibilities
nLead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams.
nDrive revenue growth and achieve monthly & quarterly business targets.
nMonitor sales funnels, conversions, and team productivity.
nConduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.
nEnsure effective lead management and CRM hygiene.
nCollaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
nAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.
nBuild a solid performance-driven and customer-centric sales culture.
nPrepare sales forecasts, reports, and business review updates.
nWhat We're Looking For
nGraduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
n10 - 12 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (EdTech or B2C preferred).
nMinimum 4 years of team handling experience (Mandatory).
nStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
nProven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
nExperience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage.
