Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Inside Sales Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing a high-performing inside sales team, ensuring optimal productivity, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent sales acumen,
and a passion for mentoring and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals for team members and monitor performance metrics.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team huddles to ensure alignment and motivation.
Performance Monitoring & Accountability
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Hold the team accountable for meeting quotas, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
- Drive a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with the sales leadership to design and implement effective sales strategies.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain pipeline hygiene.
