- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.n
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams.n
- Strong understanding of General Insurance products and sales processes.n
- Experience in team handling, business development, and target achievement.n
- Prior experience in agency, direct sales, or distribution channels will be preferred.n
- Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory.n

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives/advisors.n
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.n
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews.n
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.n




- Support team members in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.n
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion in Solapur and nearby areas.n
- Track team productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.n
- Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.n
