The role is responsible for leading large-scale Compliance, SaaS, Cloud Migration, and Regulatory Technology initiatives, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery while meeting customer, regulatory, and business expectations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership across the complete project lifecycle, working closely with Product, R&D;, Operations, Implementation, Business Analysis teams, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors to drive successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

nWhat You'll Do:

- Lead Compliance, Cloud Migration, and SaaS implementation programs from project initiation through successful delivery.n




- Serve as the primary customer-facing project lead and single point of contact for stakeholders.n
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.n
- Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management activities.n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, R&D;, Operations, Implementation, and Business Analysis.n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations.n
- Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans and delivery roadmaps.n
- Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, project status reviews, and governance discussions.n
- Manage project dependencies, risks, assumptions, and mitigation plans.n
- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular project reporting to internal and external stakeholders.n
