nEFICYENT is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in fintech, remittance, forex, or cross-border payments industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling client relationships, onboarding partners, increasing transaction volumes, and expanding payment corridors.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new merchants, partners, aggregators, and corporate clients.n
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.n
- Increase transaction volumes across international payment corridors.n
- Coordinate with compliance and operations teams for smooth onboarding and transaction processing.n
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable payout, collection, and FX solutions.n
- Conduct market research and identify recent growth opportunities.n
- Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and partnership presentations.n
- Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and reporting updates.n
- Represent EFICYENT during industry events, networking meets,



and fintech conferences.n
- Work closely with internal teams to improve client experience and operational efficiency.n

nRequirements
n
- n
- 2-3 years of experience in fintech, forex, remittance, payment gateway, or international payments industry.n
- Good understanding of SWIFT transfers, payouts, collections, settlement cycles, and FX.n
- Robust communication and relationship management skills.n
- Experience handling B2B clients and strategic partnerships.n
- Familiarity with AML/KYC onboarding processes is preferred.n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fintech environment.n
- Existing network within fintech or payments ecosystem is an added advantage.n
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.n
