nJob Summary
nWe are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-groomed Front Desk Executive to manage the front desk operations at Bangalore Office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in a wellness centre, healthcare, fitness centre, clinic, or customer-facing service environment.
nThe candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling calls, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
nKey Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.n
- Manage front desk and reception operations efficiently.n
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.n
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments and consultations.n
- Maintain appointment schedules and ensure smooth client flow.n
- Handle client enquiries and provide accurate information about wellness services and programmes.n
- Maintain client records, registers,



and basic administrative documentation.n
- Handle emails, WhatsApp enquiries, and other front desk communications.n
- Coordinate with wellness consultants, therapists, trainers, and internal teams.n
- Manage billing, payments, and basic cash/transaction records, if required.n
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and services.n
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean, organised, and presentable.n
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues to the concerned team.n
- Support day-to-day administrative activities of the Wellness Centre.n

nCandidate Profile / Requirements

- n
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.n
- 3 - 6 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive.n
- Candidates with experience in Wellness Centres, Healthcare, Fitness Centres, Spas, Clinics, or similar service industries will be preferred.n
