- Drive end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar rolesn
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirementsn
- Improve hiring quality and reduce recruitment turnaround timen
nPerformance Management

- n
- Implement and monitor KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisal systemsn
- Support managers in performance reviews and employee developmentn
- Foster a high-performance work culturen
nEmployee Engagement & Culture

- n
- Design initiatives to improve employee engagement and retentionn
- Organize learning, development, and recognition programsn
- Resolve employee grievances and strengthen workplace relationshipsn
nHR Operations

- n
- Ensure smooth HR operations, documentation, and policy implementationn
- Maintain employee records and HR compliancen
- Drive process improvements and HR best practicesn
nCompliance & Statutory

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulationsn
- Coordinate audits and maintain HR documentationn
- Support payroll inputs and attendance managementn
nBusiness Partnering

- Work closely with business leaders on workforce planningn

nWe're Looking For Someone Who
nHas 8–15 years of HR experience
nHas worked in Manufacturing, Engineering, Textile, Fabric, Industrial or similar sectors
nUnderstands Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance & HR Operations
nHas experience in Recruitment, Performance Management & Employee Engagement
nCan confidently interact with senior leadership
nIs proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
