nOwn end-to-end operations for assigned geography / multiple territories
nDrive performance metrics, productivity, and operational efficiency
nEnsure consistent execution of processes, SOPs, and business standards
nManage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines
n2. Team Leadership
nLead, manage, and scale large field teams (50–150 members)
nBuild high-performance teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured reviews
nDrive accountability and ownership across team members
n3. Business Ownership
nTake complete ownership of regional business goals and P&L-linked; metrics
nIdentify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions




nEnsure robust customer experience and service delivery
n4. Stakeholder Management
nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)
nManage internal and external stakeholders effectively
nEnsure seamless coordination across functions to drive outcomes
n5. Problem Solving & Decision Making
nAnalyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas
