At Veritis, you will lead growth across AI, IT Services, Cloud, Digital Transformation and ServiceNow while shaping the next phase of our expansion working along side Director – Sales.
nAbout the Opportunity
nAs Senior Manager – Business Development & Strategic Growth, you will own the journey from generating qualified opportunities through enterprise engagement, commercial negotiations, deal closure and long-term account growth. Reporting to the Director – Sales, you will work with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery and Leadership to create a predictable revenue engine and a high-performance business development organization.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Drive MRR, quarterly and annual revenue growth.
n• Acquire recent enterprise logos and strategic accounts.
n• Build trusted relationships with CIOs,



CTOs, CEOs, other C Level Executives and procurement leaders.
n• Convert qualified opportunities into profitable long-term customers.
n• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling and account mining.
n• Develop GTM strategies for AI, IT Services, Cloud and ServiceNow.
n• Lead complex enterprise pursuits and commercial negotiations.
n• Ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline and sales governance.
n• Partner with Delivery to maximize customer success and retention.

nMRR, Quarterly Revenue, Annual Revenue, New Logos, Pipeline Growth, Win Ratio, Average Deal Size, Forecast Accuracy, Cross-sell Revenue, Upsell Revenue, Existing Account Growth, Client Retention, CSAT, Strategic Partnerships and Team Performance.
