nDesign Support

- Design and deliver specific number of styles in seasonal ranges aligned to brand's aestheticsn
- Ensure excellence in design languagen
- Possess excellent sketching and rendering skill setn
- Drive robust artwork, print placements and proportion accuracy across various silhouettesn
- Study previous sell-throughs and feedback to refine and improve collectionsn
- Ensure adherence to range plan (category mix, costing, product balance)n
- Conduct focused research on materials, techniques and details etcn
- Stay updated with global and local fashion trends relevant to the brandn
- Drive adoption of relevant design tools and software advancementsn
nSampling

- Development of prototypes and final samples with clear design directionn
- Color matching of dying and digital swatches across different fabrics used in one dropn
- Ensure accurate execution of prints, and surface developmentsn
- Work closely with pattern masters to achieve desired fit and falln
- Review samples at each stage of constructionn
- Ensure final samples meet brand standards in quality and aestheticsn
nHandover to Production
