- 2–7 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.n
- Experience in luxury or premium residential projects will be an added advantage.n
- Robust knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred.n
nKey Responsibilities

- Generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful sales.n
- Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, and site visits.n
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.n
- Achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.n
nTechnical Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office.n
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales management tools.n
- Good understanding of the residential sales lifecycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, negotiation, and sales closure.n
