nCorporate Flyers Private Limited is a leading Corporate & MICE travel management company. We are looking for an experienced Associate Director - MICE Sales to join our team.
nOpen Position:
nAssociate Director - MICE Sales (Minimum 15 years plus of experience in MICE Sales).
nLocation: Mumbai and Bangalore.
nKey Responsibilities:
n·Develop and execute MICE sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth
n·Secure recent MICE business from corporate clients, associations.
n·Build and maintain long-term relationships with key MICE clients
n·Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
n·Manage contracts, invoicing, and payments for MICE bookings




n·Lead and mentor MICE sales team; collaborate with Operations and Events teams
n·Monitor market trends and participate in MICE trade shows
nRequirements:
n·Criteria Requirement-
n·Education - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Business/Marketing; Master's preferred
n·Experience - 15+ years MICE Sales, 5-7 years leadership role
n·Skills-Strong negotiation, closing, presentation & communication skills.
n·Technical - CRM systems, MS Office proficiency.
