nWe are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Dental Call Center Specialist to support multiple dental clinics during evening and overnight hours. This is a remote position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys helping patients and working in a fast-paced environment.
nResponsibilities:

- Answer inbound patient calls professionally and courteously.n
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.n
- Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and office policies.n
- Verify patient information and update patient records accurately.n
- Route urgent calls to the appropriate office or provider.n
- Follow call scripts and maintain exceptional customer service.n
- Work closely with office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.n

nQualifications:

- Previous dental office or dental call center experience preferred.n
- Fluent in English is required; bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.n
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental scheduling software is a plus.n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.n
- Strong computer and multitasking abilities.n
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.n
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.n
