- End-to-end project execution track record — concept → FEED → detailed engineering → construction → commissioning → operations exposuren
- Hands-on experience with Hydrogen Plants and Hydrotreaters (Naphtha / Diesel / VGO / Slurry — any variant works)n
- Solid refinery or petrochemical backgroundn
- Must have led as a Projects Manager or Commissioning Manager — purely operations-side profiles won't fitn
- 20–25 years of relevant industry experiencen
