nWe are hiring a performance-driven Business Development Manager with a robust network in the construction industry to strategically expand our presence, secure key accounts, and deliver measurable revenue growth across Maharashtra & Gujarat.
nThis role will drive market expansion, identify strategic opportunities, and build long-term client relationships for our Project Management and Cost Management Consultancy services. The position requires strong regional market knowledge, excellent industry networking capabilities, and proven expertise in managing tenders, proposals,



and business conversions within the construction consultancy ecosystem.

- Lead business development initiatives across Maharashtra & Gujarat marketn
- Generate new leads and convert opportunities for Project Management and Cost Management consultancy servicesn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, corporates, consultants, architects, designers, and other key stakeholdersn
- Drive growth across multiple real estate sectors, including Data Centres, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Workspace Interiors, Industrial, Retail, and Residentialn
- Track upcoming projects, tenders, RFQs, and EOI opportunitiesn
- Coordinate and support proposal submissions, pre-qualification (PQ) documentation, and tender processesn
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-upsn
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and market intelligence datan
- Collaborate internally
