nKey Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard channel partners.n
- Conduct HRMS product demos and training.n
- Support partners from lead generation to deal closure.n
- Build strong partner relationships and drive sales.n
- Track partner performance and sales pipeline.n
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding.n
- Organize partner engagement programs and webinars.n

nRequired Skills:

- Experience in B2B/Channel Sales or SaaS/HRMS sales.n
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.n
- Knowledge of HRMS/SaaS solutions.n
- CRM and MS Office proficiency.n
