The role focuses on maintaining high availability, reliability, and efficiency of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems while ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.

- Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related fieldn
- 6 - 10 years of experience in Data Center / Critical Infrastructure Operationsn
- Robust expertise in electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systemsn
nKey Responsibilities:
nOperations & Maintenance:

- n
- Manage end-to-end operations of electrical systems including UPS, switchgear, and power distribution units (PDUs)n
- Oversee mechanical systems such as chillers, pumps, and HVAC to ensure optimal performance and efficiencyn
- Ensure uptime and proper functioning of DG sets, fuel systems, and firefighting systemsn
- Compliance & Governance:n
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety norms,
and SLA commitmentsn
- Maintain documentation, audits, and compliance reportingn
- Shift Management:n
- Lead and supervise shift teams, ensuring smooth handovers and operational continuityn
- Monitor control room activities and respond to incidents proactivelyn
- Incident & Performance Management:n
- Handle incident reporting, RCA, and resolution within defined timelinesn
- Drive initiatives to improve uptime and reduce downtimen
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management:n
- Manage vendors for maintenance, contracts, and service deliveryn
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersn
- Billing & Cost Management:n
- Oversee site billing and cost tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionn
- Support budgeting and capacity planning activitiesn
