We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day facilities and administrative operations, ensuring a safe, effective, and well-maintained workplace.
nKey Responsibilities :

- Manage daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of office premises.n
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance vendors.n
- Monitor office infrastructure, utilities, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.n
- Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and coordinate service schedules.n
- Raise and track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.n
- Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry inventory, and procurement.n




- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, facility upgrades, and office maintenance.n
- Maintain records related to assets, vendor invoices, service reports, and facility documentation.n
- Ensure compliance with office safety standards and statutory requirements.n
- Support employee seating arrangements, workstation allocation, and office logistics.n
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and administrative activities.n
- Coordinate with Finance for vendor bills, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.n

nRequired Skills:

- 1–2 years of experience in Administration or Facilities Management.n
- Good knowledge of facility operations and vendor management.n
- Strong coordination and communication skills.n
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).n
- Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day administrative activities efficiently.n
