nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Power Systems to lead the execution of EHV/HV substation projects (220kV & 400kV) from project initiation through successful completion. The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring project progress, managing risks, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to achieve project objectives.

- Manage end-to-end execution of Power System projects (220kV & 400kV Substations).n
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.n
- Monitor project progress from initiation to closure while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.n




- Develop and control project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts.n
- Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.n
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Quality, and Commissioning teams.n
- Lead project review meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.n
- Track project performance using MIS reports and KPIs.n
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and safety standards.n
- Resolve project execution challenges and drive timely decision-making.n
- Monitor project documentation, change management, and project closure activities.n
- Maintain effective communication with customers and senior management regarding project status.n
