nRole Summary
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Senior Executive – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, data accuracy, statutory compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll coordination.

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers,



promotions, and separations.n
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HRMS.n
- Coordinate payroll inputs, including new joiners, exits, attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, and salary revisions.n
- Administer leave, attendance, shift management, and employee documentation.n
- Generate HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, experience, and relieving letters.n
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, benefits, and HRMS within defined SLAs.n
- Support statutory compliance, audits, and maintain audit-ready documentation.n
- Coordinate employee benefit programs, insurance, reimbursements, and vendor management.n
- Manage end-to-end exit formalities and Full & Final settlement coordination.n
