nPosition Summary
nThe Senior Manufacturing Engineer shall support the business in areas of recent product development; process improvement; daily product support; project manage key programs; technical authority in metal processes; analyze and interpret technical data (engineering drawings, specifications, purchase orders, etc.) and create shop routings, operations sheets, tools, and other necessary processes and equipment to produce a high-quality product.

- RFQ costing preparation for New Projects & NPD Productsn
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and production systems.n
- Develop and maintain manufacturing process mapping, work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.n
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process validation and production readiness.n




- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve manufacturing performance.n
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to achieve operational goals.n
- Programs CNC machines to effectively and efficiently product desired product.n
- Analyse and resolve Production tooling related issuesn
- Create new or modify existing manufacturing drawings used CAD methodology.n
- Value engineer existing products and processes to reduce cost, lead time and cycle times.n

nCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- 12+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in an high precision manufacturing environment with high mix/low to mid volume product rates. demonstrating strong expertise in process engineering, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.n
