Job DescriptionHiring for- Leading Group in Automotive Gears & transmission Manufacturing
nRole - Work on revenue growth, identifies recent market segments, and builds key client relationships. Lead generation, cross-functional coordination, and market analysis in Automotive Parts like Gears, Axle, Transmission, Forging parts, Machined Parts, Bearings Market.
nKey Responsibilities-
n* Business Development: Find new customers, applications, and industrial segments for gear and mechanical products.
n* Client Management: Build relationships with Original Equipment, Manufacturers (OEMs) and key industrial accounts.
n* Sales Strategy: Meet assigned revenue goals, handle client price negotiations, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
n* Key Account Management: Manage Key Account business.
n* Team Coordination: Work with the production, quality,



and design teams to align customer technical needs with manufacturing capability.
nCandidate- Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering / MBA in Marketing. Or
nDiploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of OEM sales, B2B sales or business development background to OEM's.
n(At least 3-5 years in Automotive Parts Business like Engines, Gears, Axle, Transmission, Forging, Machined Parts, Bearings etc)
nCore Competencies: Strong negotiation, technical comprehension and data tracking via CRM or ERP tools.
