nAs a Senior Analyst,



you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with complex tax regulations and delivering insightful findings to management. You will serve as a critical advisor by challenging the status quo and providing the financial clarity needed to navigate the competitive tech consulting landscape with speed and precision.
nMajor Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and file US and Canadian federal, state, and provincial tax returnsn
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including extensions and amendments.n
- Research and apply relevant tax laws and regulations to complex tax issues.n
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess the impact on the organization.n

- Calculate and analyze US and Canadian income tax provisions, including current and deferred tax liabilities.n
- Prepare detailed work papers to support tax provision
