nAs a Language Interpreter, you will facilitate communication between English-speaking representatives and Punjabi-speaking customers through real-time interpretation. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand interpretation techniques, client processes, and quality standards.

- Provide accurate and real-time interpretation between English and Punjabi during customer interactions.n
- Facilitate effective communication between U.S.-based clients and Punjabi-speaking customers.n




- Accurately interpret conversations without adding, omitting, or altering information.n
- Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information and sensitive conversations.n
- Preserve the tone, intent, and cultural context of the conversation during interpretation.n
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and client-specific guidelines.n
- Participate in training sessions, quality reviews, and coaching programs to continuously improve performance.n
- Develop knowledge of interpretation best practices, industry terminology, and cultural nuances.n
- Work collaboratively with Team Leads and Quality teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.n
