We are looking for hardworking, self-driven Technical Sales Managers who enjoy meeting customers, understanding manufacturing processes, solving technical challenges and converting product trials into long-term business relationships.
Position Overview
This is a field-intensive B2B technical sales role focused on identifying recent customers, initiating product trials, supporting technical discussions and converting successful evaluations into long-term commercial business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers across India.
Generate new business through customer visits, networking, exhibitions and referrals.
Target industries: Rubber Products, Tyre Components, Masterbatch, Plastic Compounding, Pipe, Agricultural Films, Footwear, Automotive Rubber Components and Engineering Plastics.




Understand customer applications and manufacturing processes.
Recommend suitable grades of GoGreen Eternal.
Coordinate sampling and support customer trials.
Build relationships with Plant Heads, Production Managers, R&D; Managers, Procurement Managers and Business Owners.
Convert trials into commercial orders and achieve sales targets.
Maintain CRM, customer visit reports and market intelligence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
B.Tech/Diploma in Chemical, Polymer, Plastics, Rubber, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
MBA in Marketing or Sales will be preferred.
Experience
2–8 years of proven B2B technical sales/business development experience.
Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
Candidates with sales experience in one or more of the following industries will be strongly preferred:
Carbon Black / Recovered Carbon Black
Masterbatch
Rubber
