nWe're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Video Editor (Short-Form) who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-performing content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement, and is passionate about creating content that captures attention within the first few seconds.
nYou will work closely with creative strategists, content creators,



and marketing teams to produce compelling short-form videos that drive engagement, brand awareness, and performance.

- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other social media platforms.n
- Transform raw footage into compelling content using creative cuts, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and sound design.n
- Collaborate with creative strategists, content creators, and marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life.n
- Optimize content for audience retention, engagement, and platform-specific best practices.n
- Add subtitles, basic animations, visual effects, and audio enhancements to improve content quality.n
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.n
- Ensure consistency in branding, visual style, and overall content quality.n
