nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development skilled to join our team in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry.
nKey Responsibilities:
nDevelop business for Operation & Maintenance (O&M;), Revamp, Retrofit, and Water Treatment Plant Spares.
nGenerate new business opportunities by meeting customers and understanding their requirements.
nBuild strong relationships with industries, consultants, and EPC contractors.
nPrepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and follow up until order closure.
nHandle key accounts and provide the best technical solutions to customers.
nTrack market trends, competitors, and prepare regular sales reports (MIS).




nAchieve sales targets and contribute to annual business growth.
nPreferred Candidate:
n5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
nExperience in Water & Wastewater Treatment, STP, ETP, Recycling, or ZLD projects.
nTechnical knowledge of Chemical or Water Treatment processes.
nAbility to understand engineering drawings and P&IDs.;
nStrong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
nWillingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
