This is a pivotal role responsible for achieving student recruitment goals, shaping admissions strategy, and ensuring a seamless and inclusive admissions experience for prospective students across India and beyond.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy aligned with the university's growth, quality, and diversity goalsn
- Achieve annual enrollment targets and monitor performance against institutional objectivesn
- Oversee the full admissions lifecycle, including engaging with prospective students and families, evaluating, selecting and enrolling candidatesn
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and outreach team to ensure high service standards and operational excellencen
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and execute campaigns that attract strong candidatesn
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, education consultants, and agents across Indian




- Establish and manage systems for lead generation, tracking, nurturing, and reporting; oversee data collection and tele-counselling activitiesn
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support innovative student acquisition strategiesn
- Plan and deliver promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, workshops, and school outreach programmes to strengthen brand presencen
- Ensure consistent brand representation across digital, print, and on-ground campaignsn
- Present regular reports on campaign performance, admissions pipeline, and outreach outcomes to senior managementn
- Use admissions data and insights to improve conversion rates and guide strategic decisionsn
- Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirementsn
- Design and implement the admissions policies and procedures in line with University's goals and principlesn
- Travel extensively and represent the university
