nInsights Opinion is looking for an experienced Project Manager - CAWI to manage online sampling projects across global healthcare, B2B, and consumer research studies.
nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CAWI project execution, online panel coordination, sampling feasibility, API integrations, DIY research tools, publisher networks, fieldwork monitoring, client communication, and vendor management.
nEligibility Criteria:

- n
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in project management for online sampling/CAWI projectsn
- Prior experience in market research project management will be preferredn
- Exposure to healthcare, B2B, or consumer online research studies will be an added advantagen

nKey responsibilities:

- n
- Manage end-to-end CAWI/online sampling projectsn
- Coordinate with clients, panels, vendors, publishers, and internal teamsn
- Review feasibility, quotas, timelines, CPI, LOI, IR,



and project specificationsn
- Work with API-based sample integrations, DIY tools, and publisher network partnersn
- Monitor fieldwork performance, sample delivery, quality, conversion, and incidence ratesn
- Troubleshoot project issues related to targeting, redirects, survey links, APIs, and sample flown
- Ensure timely project updates, reporting, documentation, and issue resolutionn
- Maintain data quality, compliance, and respondent experience standardsn

nRequirements:

- n
- Practical exposure to API integrations, DIY survey/sampling platforms, and publisher networksn
- Robust understanding of sampling, quotas, LOI, IR, CPI, redirects, reconciliation, and fieldwork metricsn
- Excellent client communication, coordination, and vendor management skillsn
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelinesn
- Healthcare market research experience will be an added advantagen
