nResponsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and support requests via Phone, Email, and Chat.n
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot connectivity issues.n
- Diagnose and resolve network-related incidents using standard troubleshooting procedures.n
- Monitor, log, and manage support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation.n
- Investigate internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network performance issues.n
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.n




- Escalate complex technical and networking issues to higher support teams when required.n
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution.n
- Adhere to SLA targets and maintain high-quality customer support standards.n

nQualifications

- n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.n
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing & Switching).n
- CCNA certification or knowledge preferred.n
- Understanding of internet technologies and network troubleshooting.n
- Experience in customer support, technical support, or service desk environments.n
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and incident management processes.n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.n
- Ability to work in a 24x7 support setting.n
